How reviews work

Who writes them

Reviews are submitted by FundedHub members. They describe the author's own stated experience and are not FundedHub's assessment of a firm. Authors can publish without their name being shown.

What we check

Authors must confirm their email address. Submissions pass through automated content checks and moderation before publication. “Published” means that the review is visible, not that its claims or the author's trading results have been independently verified.

We do not routinely obtain invoices, trading statements or confirmation from the firm to establish that a reviewer bought or used its services. Email confirmation establishes control of an address, not a purchase, identity or trading experience.

Ratings

The trader rating is the average of the published review ratings shown for the firm. It is separate from FundedHub's rules score and external ratings. Reviews restricted after moderation are excluded from the public review list.

Moderation and reports

Content that breaches applicable law or our service terms may be restricted. A report is an allegation. It does not remove a review automatically, and the number of reports is not a verdict. A moderator assesses the content and relevant evidence. An edited review returns to moderation before the changed text appears.

For potentially illegal content, use Report illegal content. You do not need an account. Identify the content and explain why you believe it is illegal. We acknowledge receipt and communicate a decision if you provide an email address.

Questions and decisions

When we restrict identifiable member content, we give the author the decision, the relevant law or service terms, the facts supporting it, its effect, and whether automated tools were used. To ask for a review, email [email protected] with the reference and supporting evidence. Judicial remedies remain available.
