How FundedHub uses AI

FundedHub uses AI to interpret searches, extract research drafts and help structure editorial content. AI does not independently verify a prop firm, approve evidence or publish a company.

The model reads your question. The answer comes from structured program data, not from the model's memory.

Where AI is used

Four places. Each one is disclosed, each one stops short of publishing.

Interactive search and quiz

OpenAI models may interpret your natural-language request; FundedHub then matches it against structured program data and rules. The interface identifies the AI interaction before submission and warns that generated output can be inaccurate.

Company research

Automated researchers can visit public official sources and propose programs, rules, fees, add-ons and FAQs. Every proposal remains a draft with a URL, capture time, content hash and exact excerpt or locator. The model cannot grant Verified, Partner or Sponsor status.

Editorial assistance

AI may help draft or structure summaries, benefits, comparisons and research articles. Public content carries a provenance notice stating whether review is pending or a responsible editor has reviewed it.

Moderation and extraction

Automated services may assist with moderation and with extracting structured information from submitted documents. These outputs are not treated as independent proof without the applicable validation step.

Public content provenance

FundedHub records how public editorial content was created. This status is separate from the evidence status of the individual facts contained in that content.

A provenance label is not proof that every rule or price is correct. Material facts must also pass the separate source-evidence and change-signal gates described in our research methodology.

Human-written Created by a person. A separate editorial review status still applies.
AI-assisted Automation helped research, draft or structure the content; a person remains responsible for an approved publication.
AI-generated The presented output was generated substantially by AI and is disclosed as such.
Review status Pending review, reviewed or rejected. Reviewed content shows the responsible editor and review date.

Human control and prohibited actions

  • No autonomous publication Research imports are staged as pending evidence.
  • No invented facts Unknown, unavailable or authenticated-only data stays visibly unresolved or inferred.
  • No commercial self-approval AI cannot create Verified, Partner or Sponsor status.
  • No silent source changes A detected change blocks affected facts until revalidation completes.
FIELD EVIDENCE SHOWN AS Profit target extracted by AI Official FAQ url · capture time · hash value 8% source one click away Payout cap value needed No public source nothing captured UNKNOWN stays open until a source exists a plausible guess never shown Missing data stays visibly unresolved.

A field without evidence stays unknown. It is never filled with a guess.

EU AI Act transparency

Article 50 transparency obligations started applying on 2 August 2026. FundedHub's operating policy is to identify direct AI interactions, visibly disclose AI-assisted public content and record human editorial control. Where generated media is used, the applicable machine-readable marking and visible disclosure must be retained.

This page explains FundedHub's implementation policy and is not a claim that every legal question has been conclusively assessed. Final wording and processes should remain subject to qualified legal review.
