A complaint the firm has to answer

A review disappears into a wall of other reviews. A report opens a case. The firm gets its own portal, sees exactly what you wrote and what you attached, and answers on the record. Everything either side adds carries the name of who added it.

FundedHub does not decide who is right. It keeps the case, and it keeps it honest about who said what and when.

CASE 4128 Payment issue AWAITING RESPONSE TRADER 11 Aug 2026 Payout of 4,200 was refused without a reason. 2 attachments PROP FIRM 13 Aug 2026 Daily loss limit breached at 14:32. Account log attached. 1 attachment Neither entry replaces the other. Both stay on the case.

Two accounts of the same event, side by side.

What happens after you file

Four states, and you can see which one your case is in at any time. The firm moves it, and every move is written to the case log with a timestamp.

01

Ticket opened

You describe what happened, pick the type, and attach whatever you have. You file it from your signed-in account, so nobody can file a case in your name.

02

Firm contacted

The firm receives a link to its own case portal, with your statement, your account number and your attachments. Not a review it can ignore, a case addressed to it.

03

Awaiting response

The firm answers, attaches its own evidence and sets a status. You get an email with a link to read it. Silence is also an answer, and it stays visible as one.

04

Resolution

The case closes with both accounts on it. We do not overwrite one with the other and we do not merge them into a verdict.

What a report can be about

Six types, because a payout that never arrived and a support desk that never replied are different problems and should not end up in the same pile.

The type decides how the case is counted on the firm's page. A firm with many answered service complaints is not the same as a firm with unanswered payment cases, and a single complaint total would hide exactly that difference.

  • Payment issue A payout refused, delayed, or reduced without an explanation you can check.
  • Unexpected account closure The account was closed and the reason given does not match what you did.
  • Unfair rule change A rule moved, and it moved in a way that affected a position you already held.
  • Poor customer service No reply, or an answer that never addressed the question.
  • Technical issues The platform, the feed or the dashboard failed in a way that cost you.
  • Other Everything the five above do not describe. It still opens a case.

Who is on the record

Every note on a case carries the role that wrote it. That is not a display choice, it is how the note is stored, so an answer cannot quietly become part of your statement or the other way round.

TRADER

You open the case, add your account of it, and attach what you have. You keep a link to it and can follow every change.

PROP FIRM

The firm answers in its own portal, attaches its own evidence and moves the status. You get an email when it writes or changes the status. Its comment is in your case portal, filed under its name, never yours.

FUNDEDHUB

We hold the case and note what we do to it. We do not rewrite either side, and we do not declare a winner.

A firm cannot delete a case, edit your statement, or remove your attachments. What it can do is answer, which is the point of contacting it in the first place.

FundedHub Watch SOON

A third record, coming

Today a case holds two accounts of the same event, yours and the firm's. Watch adds a third that neither of you wrote: an independent trace of what your account actually did, kept from your side.

Where a refusal rests on something technical, that trace can support it or contradict it. Where it rests on something outside the trading account, Watch says so instead of guessing.

What Watch does

THE SAME CASE, WITH WATCH

Trader

Payout refused. I never went below the limit.

Firm

Daily loss limit breached at 14:32. Log attached.

FUNDEDHUB WATCH

Equity 94,982 against a limit of 95,000 at 14:32:08.441 UTC.

Not available yet. Watch is in development.

Before you file

Bring the account number and whatever you already have: the refusal message, the dashboard, the support thread. A case with attachments gets a different answer than a case without, and the firm sees exactly what you attached.

Reports are opened from the firm's own page, so the case lands against the right company from the start.
